Brandnea.com Privacy Policy

Brandnea.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or interact with our communications (including phone calls, text messages, and emails).

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide directly, such as your name, business name, phone number, and email address when submitting a form or inquiry.
  • Communication logs and consent records, including opt-in or opt-out timestamps, phone numbers, IP addresses, and message history for compliance purposes.
  • Automatically collected information such as browser type, IP address, and referring URLs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide requested services (such as domain availability and brokerage offers).
  • Contact you via phone, voicemail, or text message for legitimate B2B outreach and follow-up.
  • Send automated communications related to domain sales, pricing, or scheduling when permitted by law.
  • Comply with our legal obligations, including record-keeping and Do-Not-Call compliance.

3. Outbound & Inbound Communication Consent

By submitting your contact information through our website, or by engaging with us via phone or SMS, you consent to receive communications from Brandnea, including:

  • Business calls (which may use an automated system for routing or identification).
  • Voicemails (including prerecorded messages) left if you do not answer our call.
  • SMS or MMS text messages as a follow-up to calls, voicemails, or inquiries.

If we call a number and there is no answer, we may leave a voicemail identifying our business and purpose, followed by an SMS regarding domain availability, pricing, or scheduling. You can opt out at any time.

Consent Not a Condition: Providing consent is not required to make a purchase or receive services.

4. Cold Outreach to Publicly Listed Business Numbers

Brandnea conducts limited B2B outreach to publicly available or business-listed phone numbers to introduce our domain name offerings. All outreach includes our identification and an immediate opt-out method. Recipients who wish to stop further communications can reply “STOP” to SMS messages, request removal by phone, or email us at info@brandnea.com.

5. Opt-Out and Do-Not-Call (DNC) Policy

  • You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP.
  • For help, reply HELP or email us at info@brandnea.com.
  • You may also verbally request to be added to our internal Do-Not-Call list during any call.

We maintain an internal Do-Not-Call registry and honor opt-out requests promptly, generally within 24–48 hours. Opt-out requests apply across all communication channels (voice, voicemail, SMS, and email).

6. Automated Systems and Recording Disclosure

Inbound calls may be answered by an automated system that identifies our business and purpose. Calls may be recorded for training, quality assurance, and compliance. Where required by law, a disclosure will be provided at the start of the call. Continuing the call constitutes consent to recording.

7. Data Retention

We retain communication data (including consent, opt-out, and call/SMS logs) for as long as necessary to meet our legal, compliance, and record-keeping obligations—typically a minimum of 4 years under TCPA record retention guidance. After that period, records are securely deleted or anonymized.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While no method is 100% secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information.

9. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers (such as Twilio for communications and Escrow.com for transactions) solely to perform legitimate business operations on our behalf. All third parties are required to safeguard data in accordance with applicable privacy and security laws.
